Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan and execute local marketing and BTL (Below The Line) activities to promote dental clinics and increase Clinic walk-ins.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and community groups, Corporates & other potential places for conducting dental camps and awareness activities.
Organize and manage on-ground activations, manage the support teams and clinic launch activities as per company plan.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of Dental Camps and marketing programs
Build relationship with Local health partners and improve the Dental Camp activates significantly
Track competitor activities, collect feedback from field events, and share regular performance reports

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field with 3+ years of experience in BTL or offline marketing.
Experience in healthcare, clinics, hospitals and diagnostic marketing will be preferred.
Excellent relationship management, communication, coordination and good interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reports and presentations.
Flexible and open to travel across major cities; able to manage multiple campaigns and tight timelines.
