Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan and execute BTL campaigns including retail activations, product sampling, events, exhibitions, and in-store promotions.
Conceptualize and implement
brand activations
, ensuring high consumer engagement and alignment with brand messaging.
Manage end-to-end execution of events and promotions, including vendor coordination, staffing, logistics, and reporting.
Collaborate with sales and regional teams to ensure BTL initiatives support business goals and drive footfall/conversions.
Lead and manage
field teams
, promoters, and agencies to ensure quality execution and campaign consistency.
Monitor market trends, competition activity, and local consumer insights to refine BTL strategy.
Maintain and manage BTL budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and measurable ROI.
Ensure timely tracking and reporting of campaign KPIs, consumer feedback, and performance metrics.
Liaise with creative teams to develop communication materials, props, and on-ground branding assets.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, permissions, and brand safety standards during campaign rollout.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in BTL marketing, events, activations, or retail marketing (1015 years preferred)
Strong project management, execution, and logistical planning skills
Excellent vendor and agency management capabilities
Ability to think creatively while executing campaigns with strong attention to detail
Strong analytical mindset for ROI tracking and campaign performance measurement
Proficient in budgeting, reporting, and campaign documentation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with digital integration in BTL campaigns (e.g., QR codes, lead forms, interactive displays)
