Role & responsibilities

Own micromarket growth:
Take complete ownership of Snabbits growth in micro markets through BTL Activations, branding, and user acquisition.
Drive demand & brand:
Build strong brand awareness and position Snabbit as the go-to solution for on-demand home services.
Lead city activations:
Plan and execute events, and on-ground activations to boost visibility and engagement.
Execute offline acquisition:
Build strong community connects through society activations, corporate activations local partnerships, and high-impact campaigns to drive user growth.
Be obsessed with users:
Understand local consumer insights and design city-specific campaigns that resonate with the audience.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Sales, BTL, growth, or demand generation within high-growth startups. Proven experience in sales is mandatory.
Execution-first mindset:
You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and make things happen on the ground.
Offline expertise:
Skilled in offline branding, events, activations, and innovative acquisition channels.
Creative + analytical:
You can come up with bold ideas and back them with data.
