Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground brand activations and events.
• Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure smooth communication and execution from brief to delivery.
• Handle vendor coordination, including negotiations and bookings, and ensure deliverables as per timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct venue recces, supervise event setup, and manage on-site execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure all event elements are aligned.
• Ensure all event permissions, logistics, and operational requirements are in place.
• Prepare event reports and document learnings post-activity.
• Travel as required for event setup and execution.
  

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in event operations and client servicing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in vendor coordination and on-ground management
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per event schedules
