Role Overview:

Event Management Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating fitness events,and member engagement activities.
• Support the events team with logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Contribute creative ideas for enhancing member participation and event visibility.
• Manage on-ground execution and ensure smooth flow of events.
• Handle pre-event and post-event communication with members.
• Support in preparing event reports, feedback collection, and analysis.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for event promotions (social media, posters, etc.).

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Passion for fitness, health, and wellness is a plus.
• Flexible to work on weekends as most events are member-focused.
