You will work closely with automotive industry professionals, suppliers, and service providers to ensure that learners are well-equipped to understand, service, and sell electric vehicles effectively. This role blends technical expertise, instructional design, and hands-on training delivery, making you a key enabler of the transition toward e-mobility. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Experience: 0–2 years (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and any local language. Knowledge of electrical systems, battery systems, and EV motor control. Familiarity with EV development processes, charging systems, and vehicle-level integration. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with suppliers to define requirements for advanced EV systems, including battery chemistry, power electronics, motors, and power distribution. Stay updated on EV component development and train students on motors, controllers, harnesses, and related systems. Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for diverse audiences (sales staff, service technicians, and support teams). Develop engaging training content (presentations, manuals, videos, hands-on activities) using modern instructional methodologies (lectures, simulations, role-play, etc.). Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on EV technologies, covering batteries, charging infrastructure, software, operation, maintenance, and repair. Maintain training records (attendance, assessments, feedback) and report on training effectiveness and learning outcomes. Support embedded control system specification, development, and implementation for EV systems. Use analysis and calculation tools to optimize EV system and component performance.
