Internship Opportunity: School Event Management Intern Are you passionate about organizing events, coordinating activities, and creating meaningful experiences for schools We are looking for energetic School Event Management Interns who can assist us in planning, managing, and executing school-based programs and activities. This is a 3-month internship with the possibility of extension up to 6 months or 1 year based on performance. Internship Details Duration: 3 Months (extendable to 6 months / 1 year based on performance) Eligibility: Final-year students or fresh graduates from B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, B.E, B.Tech, B.Ed or similar fields Freshers and recently passed-out students are welcome to apply Stipend: 1st Month: Probation (No fixed stipend; reimbursements for travel/meetings/events logistics will be provided) From 2nd Month Onwards: ?10,000 per month (performance-based increments possible) Job Description: As a School Event Management Intern, you will: Assist in planning and executing school-level events, workshops, and programs Coordinate with school authorities, faculty, and students for smooth event operations Manage logistics, including registrations, scheduling, and resource arrangements Support in on-ground execution of events (setup, coordination, follow-ups) Handle communication with vendors, partners, and stakeholders Create reports, event documentation, and feedback summaries Work with the core team to ensure every event is impactful and successful Skills & Attributes Were Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Creativity in planning and execution of events Confidence to interact with schools, teachers, and students Willingness to travel and manage on-ground logistics Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace What Youll Gain Certificate & Thank You Kit Hands-on experience in event planning and management Opportunity to work directly with schools and educators Real-time exposure to program execution and stakeholder management Mentorship from experienced professionals Performance-based stipend growth and internship extension For any doubt or clarification, Click Here https://lnkd.in/gXA3vUy??
