Event Management Intern

As an Event Management Intern at Modern Stage Events, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting in event planning and production coordination. Your role will involve communicating with vendors, artists, and clients to ensure seamless execution of events. You will support on-ground event activities, manage event inventory and logistics, and contribute to the preparation of reports, proposals, and post-event documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for researching the latest event trends and creative concepts, engaging in cold-calling, data management, and client data research. Your role will require excellent communication and organizational skills, a passion for live events and coordination, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. You should also be willing to travel or work on weekends as needed. To qualify for this internship, you should be a graduate or pursuing graduation, with a preference for backgrounds in Event Management, Marketing, or Mass Communication.
