Job Description

As a Corporate Sales Manager/Executive at Modern Stage Events, your role will be crucial in driving revenue growth through securing corporate event bookings. Your strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and deep understanding of the corporate events landscape will be essential in identifying potential clients, understanding their event needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Generation and Pipeline Management: - Identify and engage potential corporate clients through channels such as cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry research. - Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up. - Assess leads, understanding their event requirements, budget, and decision-making process. - Client Relationship Management: - Build and nurture lasting relationships with key corporate stakeholders including event planners, marketing managers, and executive assistants. - Act as a trusted advisor, comprehending client business goals and suggesting suitable event solutions. - Provide exceptional client service throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business. - Solution Selling and Proposal Development: - Understand the range of event offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition. - Craft customized event proposals addressing client needs, budgets, and logistics. - Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet revenue targets. - Market Awareness and Reporting: - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in corporate events. - Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline status, forecasts, and key performance indicators. - Contribute to sales strategies and initiatives to enhance market reach. - Collaboration and Internal Communication: - Collaborate with internal teams like event planning, operations, and marketing for seamless event execution. - Effectively communicate client requirements and expectations to internal stakeholders. - Participate in sales meetings and foster a supportive team environment. Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of proven corporate sales experience, preferably in events or hospitality. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management preferred. - Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets. - Strong grasp of corporate event planning processes and client needs. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive approach.,
