Event Management Intern

We are looking for a smart, energetic and responsible Event Management Intern who can coordinate and manage small-scale parties/events happening within our office space.
The role involves communicating with clients, handling event setups, and ensuring smooth execution of celebrations hosted at the office venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers/hosts who are organizing parties or celebrations at the office.
• Assist in planning event flow, setup requirements, and overall arrangements.
• Communicate with internal teams (decor, photography, catering etc.) for timely execution.
• Supervise event setup, decorations, seating, lighting and materials.
• Ensure all items and props are arranged before the event starts.
• Welcome guests and support them with any on-ground requirements.
• Handle last-minute changes professionally and calmly.
• Maintain event checklists and ensure smooth operations throughout the event.
• Take feedback from customers after the event.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Basic understanding of event flow and coordination.
• Organised, punctual and responsible.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
• Friendly and customer-oriented approach.
