This role is for someone who’s got a knack for spotting opportunity, pitching like a pro, and closing franchise deals like a boss. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and close franchise deals across India. Create and present financial models and business proposals to prospects. Organize and lead discovery meetings, site visits, and negotiations. Work closely with legal, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Stay on top of market trends and competition to shape our expansion strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to drive performance and alignment with FitClub’s brand ethos. You’ll Excel If You Have: 4–8 years of experience in franchise development/business expansion roles. Prior experience in fitness, wellness, F&B, or hospitality franchise networks is highly preferred. Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset. Confidence, communication skills, and comfort with high-ticket negotiations. Willingness to travel for meetings across India.
