Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Development Manager based in Chennai. The role involves managing franchise sales, generating leads, developing strategic business plans, and driving successful franchise growth. The individual will engage with potential franchisees, provide necessary training, and consult with clients to ensure a strong alignment with the company's values and objectives. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Franchise Sales and experience in Franchising business models.
• Strong skills in Business Planning and developing strategic growth initiatives.
• Expertise in Lead Generation and converting leads into successful franchise partnerships.
• Experience in providing Training and guidance to franchisees.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet business targets effectively.
• Prior experience in franchise development or related fields is preferred.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
