Event Management Intern

Do you have a passion for Workplace Safety and a knack for engaging with people We're looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing intern to join our team during National Safety Month! You'll play a key role in conducting exciting on-site campaigns at various locations across Bangalore, spreading awareness about road safety and promoting safe driving practices. What you'll be doing: - Hit the Road: Assist in conducting interactive Workplace Safety demonstrations at client sites across Bangalore. - Get Creative: Help design and implement engaging activities, games, and quizzes to educate the public. - Spread the Word: Distribute informative brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials. - Capture the Moment: Document campaign activities through photos and videos. - Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with our team to develop and refine campaign strategies. - Gain Valuable Experience: Learn about road safety best practices, public engagement, and event planning. What we're looking for: - Enthusiastic & Outgoing: You're a people person with a friendly and approachable demeanor. - Creative & Resourceful: You can think outside the box and come up with innovative ways to engage the public. - Excellent Communication Skills: You can communicate clearly and effectively with both team members and the public. - Strong Work Ethic: You're a self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. - Bonus Points: Prior experience with public speaking, event planning, or marketing is a plus!
