Event Management Intern

You will be part of Alchemist Marketing Solutions, a 360-degree marketing & talent solutions company with expertise in Business Development, CRM, Media Management, Creative Services, Events & Activation, Digital Marketing, and more. With 15 years of experience in brand growth and a national network of offices, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with branches in Gurugram, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, and a head office in Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include: - Event Planning and Execution: You will plan, organize, and execute various events such as corporate meetings, product launches, and promotional activities. This involves coordinating all logistics, from venue selection to catering and on-site management. - Attendee Engagement: You will develop strategies to enhance attendee experience and engagement during events. - Vendor and Supplier Management: You will liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services. - Budget Oversight: You will develop and manage event budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular updates on budget status while identifying areas for optimization. - Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports analyzing key performance indicators for continuous improvement. Skills required for this role: - Event Coordination Skills: Demonstrated experience in planning and executing events with attention to detail and precision. Strong project management skills are essential. - Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and create engaging event content. - Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively to develop unique event concepts and adapt to challenges during events. - Time Management: Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
