Event Management Intern

Location: Janakpuri West (On-site)

Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday (In-office), Saturday (Work from Home)

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month (7k fixed + 3k variable)

Duration: 4-6 months

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Event Management Intern to join our team. The role involves end-to-end support in planning, coordinating, and executing events while ensuring smooth operations.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

 • Make proactive calls and reach out to potential clients, partners, and vendors.

 • Assist in sponsorship outreach and pitching.

 • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for event requirements.

 • Ensure smooth execution of events, handling logistics and last-minute changes effectively.

 • Support in guest management, registrations, and on-ground activities.

 • Prepare reports and feedback after events.

 • Travel to different cities (e.g., Bangalore, Mumbai) for event-related work if required.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 • Comfortable with cold-calling, follow-ups, and client interactions.

 • Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure during events.

 • Willingness to travel when required.

 • Immediate availability to join.
