About the Role:
We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Management Intern to help bring our events to life — from concept to execution. You’ll gain hands-on experience in planning, coordination, and on-ground event operations while working alongside a dynamic creative team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organising, and executing events
• Support logistics, vendor coordination, and client communication
• Help with event marketing, social media promotions, and outreach
• Provide on-site assistance during events, ensuring smooth execution
• Collaborate with the creative and production teams for ideation and setup
• Manage timelines, checklists, and coordination between teams

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Passion for events, creativity, and experiential marketing
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

This is not a work from home job, work location is MG Road.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
