Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Event Management Intern. The intern will assist in planning and executing events, coordinating logistics, and managing event timelines. Their daily tasks will include supporting the event management team, liaising with vendors, and ensuring all event details are effectively communicated. The intern will also take part in marketing activities and support corporate hospitality arrangements.

Qualifications

Event Planning and Event Management skills

Strong Communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders

Experience or interest in Marketing and corporate hospitality

Ability to learn and adapt through Training in a dynamic environment

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Proactive attitude and attention to detail

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Previous experience in the events industry is a plus

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
