Event Management Intern

It’s an onsite opportunity in Bathinda.

Job Responsibilities :

• Event planning and execution from concept to finish.
• Event-wise budgeting and knowledge of basic P&L is required
• Venue selection, booking, preparing and arranging for events
• Design layout and agenda of events;
• Marketing & promotions of events to create event guides, tickets, pamphlets, and any other marketing activities to promote the event in traditional or digital media
• Negotiate different vendors, contractors & suppliers to ensure the success of the event

• Strong negotiation, leadership, and planning skills
• Ability to multi-task, remain calm and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Experience in organising events in colleges or organisations are added advantage
• Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills and ability to deal with diverse types of people and public

Remuneration:

A stipend of Rs 3000 per month for three months. Post successful completion, the role may be confirmed for a permanent offer after assessment.
