About the Internship:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Event Management Interns to assist in planning, organizing, and executing events across Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-time event execution, sponsorship coordination, and event marketing.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

• Must be a resident/citizen of Cuttack or Bhubaneswar, Odisha
• Graduate (any discipline)
• Available for work from office
• Comfortable with travelling for event-related work
• Strong communication skills in: English, Hindi & Odia
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills
• Passionate about events, marketing, and brand promotions

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in event planning and execution (corporate, promotional, social, and campus events)
2. Design event strategies and concepts in coordination with the core team
3. Identify and approach sponsors and partners for events
4. Coordinate with vendors, artists, venues, and stakeholders
5. Support event marketing and promotions (online & offline)
6. Help in managing registrations, branding, and on-ground operations
7. Prepare basic reports and post-event analysis
