Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Executive located in Gurugram. The Event Executive will manage the planning and coordination of various events, including liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor negotiations, organizing event logistics, and maintaining close communication with stakeholders. The role also involves post-event evaluations to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• Event Planning and Management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management abilities
• Proficiency in Event Marketing and Promotion strategies
• Attention to detail, Problem-solving, and Organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram with availability to manage event-related tasks flexibly
• Relevant experience in event management or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is a plus
