Event Executive

Experience: upto 2 years (Freshers can also apply)

Salary: 30K- 35k per month

(1) Sales Manager Events

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for corporate, and social events.
• Identify new business opportunities through client meetings, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and venues.
• Prepare customized event proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
• Collaborate with the operations and creative teams to ensure client requirements are feasible and well-executed.
• Negotiate and close profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, B2B events, and industry networking forums.

(2) Operations Manager – Events

• Oversee end-to-end event execution — from planning, logistics, vendor coordination, to on-site management.
• Translate client briefs into actionable plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics, technical) and external vendors for seamless delivery.
• Manage event budgets, procurement, and resource allocation effectively.
• Conduct site visits and risk assessments to ensure safety, compliance, and smooth execution.
• Track event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports.
