Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Event Executive at PlayAll Sports. The Event Executive will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing sports events, managing communication with clients, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring smooth operations. The role also involves coordinating with teams, handling budget allocation, and ensuring client satisfaction by meeting event objectives effectively.

• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage events and schedules effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate with teams
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to managing event-related challenges
• Proficient in project management and budget allocation for events
• Knowledge and passion for sports-related events or activities is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field
