Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Event Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing event logistics, liaising with clients and vendors, and ensuring seamless execution of events. The role will involve scheduling daily tasks, overseeing event setups, conducting follow-ups with stakeholders, and addressing client needs. The Event Executive will ensure all events are executed with attention to detail, fostering strong client relationships and upholding the brand's standard of excellence. Qualifications Experience in event management, logistics coordination, and vendor management Strong organizational and time-management skills, along with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Problem-solving abilities, creativity in event planning, and a passion for creating memorable experiences Proficiency in using event-related software and tools is an advantage Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad with flexible hours as required for events Previous experience in wedding and milestone event planning is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
