Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator based in Noida. The Event Coordinator will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of various events, including workshops, challenges, and conferences. Key responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, liaising with participants and sponsors, managing event budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of events. The role also includes providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth event operations, and maintaining professional communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills with the ability to handle both small-scale and large-scale events.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to manage participant and sponsor inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Sales and negotiation skills to secure sponsorships and partnerships that enhance event outcomes.
• Strong organizational abilities, time management skills, and attention to detail.
• Relevant experience in event coordination or a related field is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
