Event Coordinator

Responsibilities

1. Event Setup and Coordination:

o Ensure all requested party elements, such as cake, gifts, and entertainment, are ready and available.

o Greet guests upon arrival and guide them through the scheduled activities.

o Prepare and set up including decorations, seating, and materials for activities. o Payments to be collected in a timely manner prior to the event.

2. Guest Interaction and Engagement:

o Act as the main point of contact ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience.

o Lead and engage the group for in games, F&B.

o Maintain a lively, friendly, and energetic atmosphere throughout the party.

3. Activity Management:

o Coordinate games, activities, and events based on the chosen party package.

o Manage time effectively to ensure all planned activities are completed within the allocated time frame.

o Handle transitions between different segments of the party smoothly, such as meal breaks, cake cutting, and gift opening.

4. Customer Service and Support:

o Assist parents with any special requests or last-minute adjustments.

o Communicate effectively with F&B, entertainment, and operations teams to ensure smooth party flow.

Job Description: Event Host

o Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

5. Health & Safety Compliance:

o Monitor the safety and well-being throughout the party.

o Ensure adherence to company policies regarding safety.

6. Event Closeout:

o Assist with the wrapping up of the event and ensuring all belongings are collected. o Gather guest feedback to help improve future party experiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience of 0-1+ years in hosting or managing events, parties, or activities.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to engage and entertain.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
