✨ Role Overview:

As an Event Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in executing and managing on-ground arrangements, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring every moment runs smoothly and beautifully.

• Coordinate logistics and vendor activities during the event
• Support décor, hospitality, and guest management teams
• Ensure timelines and client expectations are met
• Handle on-ground execution and troubleshooting

• Prior experience in weddings or large-scale events preferred
• Problem solver with a calm and positive attitude
• Flexible and available during the full event duration
