Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Event Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events including weddings, corporate functions, and private gatherings ensuring each event runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations. Key Responsibilities: ❖ Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end event operations. ❖ Meet with clients to understand event goals, requirements, and budgets. ❖ Prepare event proposals, layouts, and timelines. ❖ Coordinate with vendors for catering, décor, AV, entertainment, and logistics. ❖ Supervise event setup, execution, and post-event teardown. ❖ Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control. ❖ Lead and train event support staff to maintain high service standards. ❖ Ensure all event spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained. ❖ Collaborate with marketing teams to promote venue offerings and special packages. ❖ Handle client feedback and prepare event performance reports. Qualifications & Skills: ❖ Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, or related field. ❖ 3+ years of experience in event coordination or hospitality. ❖ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. ❖ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ❖ Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills. ❖ Proficient in MS Office and basic event management tools. ❖ Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. ❖ Fluency in Tamil and English required; Hindi added advantage.
