Role Summary

Eventive is seeking a Conceptualizer/Creative Strategist with both HR and marketing event experience. You’ll design large-scale employee engagements as well as high-profile brand experiences. From employee annual days to premium product launches and experiences, you’ll craft the story, theme, and journey that sets our events apart.

Responsibilities

  • Lead concept development for HR-driven events (annual days, R&Rs, conferences, family days, townhalls, etc.) and marketing events (launches, showcases, lifestyle evenings, dealers/partners meet, etc.).
  • Create audience-first journeys — staging, engagement formats, entertainment arcs, immersive zones.
  • Partner with HR leaders to design formats that drive culture, recognition, and employee pride.
  • Partner with marketing leaders to deliver visibility, storytelling, and consumer impact.
  • Oversee creative decks, scripts, AV content, show flows, and design briefs.
  • Leading the strategy team and mentoring the team as well as maintaining team performance matrix.
  • Collaborate with production team to balance ambition with feasibility and budgets.
  • Present confidently to HR Heads, CMOs, and CXOs.
  • Mentor and guide creative team members.
  • IP creation for the brands in both reactive and proactive ways.
