Job Description

- Maintain/install end user software and hardware - Troubleshoot/resolve issues - L-1 support to end user for MS Windows OS, MS Office, Local and web-based applications, Routers and switches. - Support to end-user for AV equipment /VC equipment Required Candidate profile - ITSM Tool with ITIL concepts - AV Support via MS Teams - Network Concepts - Routing, Switching & Wifi - Work on Teams, Outlook & OneDrive - Azure AD, Intune skills - ITIL V3 certification preferred.
