Responsibilities

- Liaise with design and engineering teams to ensure cost alignment with design specifications.
- Monitor and analyze project budgets to ensure adherence to financial allocations.
- Prepare and present comprehensive bid and proposal documentation for potential clients.
- Stay informed of industry trends and cost variations to make informed estimation decisions.
- Use estimation software and financial modeling tools to enhance precision in cost assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Estimator in Interior Fit-Out or related industries is required.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Exceptional numerical skills and proficiency in cost estimation techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in using specialized estimation software such as Bluebeam or similar applications.
