About the Role

EnDecarb.ai is seeking a motivated ESG & Climate Analytics Intern to support sustainability reporting, financed emissions, and climate risk assessment projects across financial institutions and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ESG research and analysis

• Assist in BRSR, CDP, GRI, and TCFD-aligned disclosures

• Support GHG accounting (Scope 1, 2, and 3)

• Assist with Financed Emissions (PCAF) calculations

• Support climate risk assessment and scenario analysis

• Develop analytical outputs using Excel and presentation tools

Eligibility & Requirements

• Pursuing a Master’s in Economics, Environment, Sustainability, or related fields • Familiarity with ESG frameworks (BRSR, CDP, GRI, TCFD)

• Understanding of GHG Protocol and emission categories

• Basic understanding of Financed Emissions (PCAF) and EF databases

• Strong skills in advanced Excel, presentations, and basic tech concepts

• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills

• Proactive, self-driven learner

Good to Have

• Exposure to big data or Python

• Understanding of Climate Risk Assessment (SSP & NGFS scenarios)
