Engagement Model:

• Retainership or Contractual basis

• Duration:

  12 to 36 months per engagement (extendable based on project continuity and ESG program evolution)
• Flexible hybrid model – remote consulting with periodic client engagement

Earning Potential:

₹18–25 lakhs annually

Ideal Profile:

• 8–15 years of experience in

  ESG consulting, sustainability strategy, or Green IT transformation

• Strong understanding of

  ESG reporting frameworks

  (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP) and their relevance to IT
• Knowledge of

  Green Cloud architectures, IT carbon footprint reduction, and energy-efficient data centre practices

• Experience developing

  sustainable procurement and Green IT governance models

• Ability to align technology modernisation with ESG and CSR objectives
• Passionate about enabling organisations to adopt

  responsible, inclusive, and sustainable innovation
