Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer escalations via phone, email, and chat
  • Investigate customer complaints and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Document and track customer interactions
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer experience

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or escalation roles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong empathy and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and ticketing systems
