ERP Next Implementation Specialist

• Lead and manage end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects across various functional modules (Accounts, HR, CRM, Projects, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, etc.).
  
• Work closely with clients to analyze business requirements and map them to ERPNext functionalities.
  
• Configure and customize ERPNext forms, reports, workflows, and permissions as per user needs.
  
• Coordinate with the technical development team for customization and integration requirements.
  
• Conduct user training, create documentation, and ensure successful adoption of ERPNext.
  
• Perform data migration, validation, and go-live support.
  
• Provide post-implementation support and handle system enhancements.
  
• Ensure timely project delivery and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation and support.
  
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, HR, inventory, and operations.
  
• Experience in ERPNext configuration, workflow setup, and report customization.
  
• Basic understanding of Frappe Framework, Python, and database structure (MariaDB/MySQL).
  
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
  
• Knowledge of Linux environments, server setup, or cloud hosting (Frappe Cloud, AWS, etc.).
  
• Familiarity with API integrations and third-party system connectivity.
  
• ERP Next Functional/Technical Certification is a plus.
