🔧 Key Responsibilities

As our ERP Consultant, you will:

Assess organizational ERP needs through consultations, business process analysis, and observation.

Evaluate current IT infrastructure and recommend effective system improvements.

Develop, configure, and customize ERP solutions tailored to business requirements.

Write programs and scripts to build intuitive interfaces and enhance functionalities.

Deploy ERP systems and ensure smooth integration with existing platforms.

Conduct diagnostic tests, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.

Deliver end-user ERP training and provide ongoing technical support.

Document ERP processes and provide updates on deployment progress.

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Stay informed about the latest ERP technologies, developments, and best practices.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

Additional background in Business Administration is a plus.

ERP certifications (e.g., SAP ERP Business Process Integration, Oracle SaaS ERP) highly desirable.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an ERP Consultant in a related industry.

Strong knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and coding languages.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, time management, and organizational abilities.
