Position: Odoo ERP Functional Consultant Experience: 3-8 Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Odoo ERP Functional Consultant who will be responsible for understanding business processes, mapping requirements, implementing Odoo modules, providing support, and ensuring smooth ERP operations across departments. Key Responsibilities Understand business requirements and translate them into Odoo functional solutions. Configure, customize, and implement Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, Projects, etc. Perform GAP analysis and propose effective solutions. Create workflow configurations, business process documentation, SOPs, and user manuals. Provide end-user training and support to various departments. Coordinate with technical teams for customization, integration, and development work. Required Skills & Competencies Strong functional knowledge of Odoo ERP Experience in end-to-end Odoo implementation (minimum 1-2 full-cycle projects). Good knowledge of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, production, and accounts.
