ERP Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Map current business processes to NetSuite ERP
• Perform gap analysis and suggest system/process improvements
• Coordinate between business users and technical/development teams
• Prepare functional documents (BRD, FRD, process flows, test cases)
• Support NetSuite configuration activities
• Plan and support UAT testing and sign-off
• Assist with user training, documentation, and change management
• Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze current processes and map them to NetSuite functionalities.
• Conduct gap analysis and suggest system or process enhancements.
• Coordinate between business users and the technical/development team.
• Prepare functional specification documents and support configuration.
• Facilitate UAT planning, testing, and sign-off.
• Assist in user training, documentation, and change management activities.
  

Required Skills

• 4+ years of ERP experience (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows, scripts, and configurations
• Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  

Preferred Skills

• NetSuite certification
• ERP implementation or support experience
