Role & responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into functional requirements. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing ERP systems and propose optimized solutions. Develop, document, and maintain business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and product specifications. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion of initiatives. Analyze data to uncover trends and actionable insights that support continuous process improvements. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on project progress, risks, and business outcomes. Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure product adoption and optimal usage. Collaborate with QA teams to design and execute test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solution delivery. Preferred candidate profile 4 to 8 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related domain. Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems and implementing system-based solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in project delivery models is a plus.
