Require an Experienced Equity research professional having experience of 3 to 5 years in the corporate sector.

Objective of this Role

 Conducting comprehensive research and analysis on companies, industries and market trends to identify investment opportunities.

 Preparing detailed equity research reports, including financial models, valuation analyses and investment recommendations.

 Collaborating with portfolio managers and other investment professionals to support the investment decision-making process.

 Building and maintaining financial models to forecast company performance and assess valuation metrics.

 Attending company meetings, industry conferences and investor presentations to gather information and insights.

 Monitoring and analysing financial news, earnings reports and market developments to stay informed about the latest trends and changes.

Your Tasks

 Analyse financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements, to assess company performance and economic health.

 Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of companies, including financial modelling, competitive positioning, management quality and market potential.

 Develop and maintain investment theses and models for companies under coverage.

 Prepare and deliver presentations to investment committees, clients and stakeholders

 Maintain a comprehensive database of research materials and industry information.

 Participate in company earnings calls and investor conferences.  Collaborate with internal teams to provide market insights and support client interactions.  Provide timely updates and revisions to research reports and recommendations, based on new information and market developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

 CA / CFA

 Demonstrable experience as an Equity Research Analyst, Financial Analyst or similar role with a minimum of 3 years in equity research or investment analysis.

 Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies and valuation methodologies in the Indian context.

 Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

 Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques and equity research tools (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet).

 Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other commonly used financial software.

 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

 High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
