We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled business development executive to join our fast-growing team at Kangaroo caps Private limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.

We at Kangaroo caps Private limited, raise equity capital for companies looking to expand their business. We raise this capital through IPO and Pre IPO means.

Objective of this role

• Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.
• Communicate effectively to foster relationships with new and existing partners.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.

Your Tasks

• Identification of companies going in expansion mode and having requirement of capital funds
• Exploring lead generation through Direct and Indirect means
• Direct lead generation refers to connection with the company through certain direct referrals, linked in network, etc.
• Indirect lead generation refers to connection with the company through channels of CA, CS, ICWA etc.
• Developing a network of Chartered Accountants across India.  Working in a Target Based work environment.

Required skills and qualifications

• MBA Marketing, MBA Finance, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
• Must be equipped with the understanding of financial statements.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Experience of 3 to 5 years in the Industry
