Equity Dealer

As a Trade Execution Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to execute trading transactions for retail banking clients, involving the buying and selling of currencies, stocks, bonds, and other financial instruments. You will need to monitor market conditions closely, execute trades in a timely manner, and ensure accurate trade confirmations to meet the clients" requirements effectively. - Assess and manage trading risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk to safeguard the bank's assets and interests. - Provide price quotes and market information to clients for trading purposes, ensuring competitive pricing and transparency. - Efficiently manage order flow and trade execution process using trading platforms and systems while maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, exchange rules, and internal policies governing trading activities, and prepare and submit regulatory reports as necessary. - Offer support and assistance to clients regarding trading-related inquiries, account issues, and technical problems to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. - Stay informed about market developments, economic indicators, and geopolitical events to identify trading opportunities and inform trading decisions. - Participate in sales activities, including account opening and brokerage generation, conduct client visits, and presentations to enhance client relationships and promote trading services effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. - Knowledge of trading platforms, risk management strategies, and regulatory requirements. - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. - Proven experience in trade execution, risk management, and compliance within the banking or financial services industry.,
