· Execute client orders in equities, derivatives, and other financial instruments accurately and efficiently.
· Monitor real-time market trends, analyse price movements, and provide investment recommendations.
· Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on market developments, order status, and portfolio performance.
· Conduct research on companies, sectors, and market news to support trading decisions.
· Adhere strictly to regulatory and compliance requirements while conducting all transactions.
· Collaborate with internal teams including research analysts and traders to develop and implement trading strategies.
· Maintain detailed records of trades, confirmations, and margin requirements.
· Manage risk by assessing market conditions and client positions.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
· Prior experience (2-5 years) as an Equity Dealer or similar role in a stock broking environment.
· Sound knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
· Certification such as NISM, NCFM, or AMFI is preferred.
