Job Title:

Role Overview:

Build and manage strong client relationships, act as the main point of contact, and drive revenue through excellent service, upselling, and cross-selling. Collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow existing client accounts.
  
• Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  
• Generate revenue through portfolio advisory.
  
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  
• Ensure high compliance with company norms.
  
• Cultivate new client relationships and networks.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or account management.
  
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and one regional language.
  
• Customer-focused and team-oriented.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in business, finance, or related field.
  
• NISM Series VIII certified (preferred).
  
• Strong communication, planning, and negotiation skills.
  
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
