What You’ll Own

Business Strategy & Venture Development

• Identify new opportunities in video generation, creative automation, or Gen-AI tools for gaming.
• Design and validate go-to-market strategies for innovative new products or services.
• Lead feasibility studies, business modelling, and monetisation experiments.

Product Innovation & Prototyping

• Drive 0→1 product initiatives: from ideation to MVP to market launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, UA) to build and iterate.
• Integrate emerging Gen-AI capabilities into creative pipelines for gaming.

Thought Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment

• Act as a strategic partner to the founders on high-impact decisions.

Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) – Gen-AI & Gaming Creatives

• Craft and pitch new business ideas to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Represent UAgenius at conferences, panels, and industry events.

Research & Market Intelligence

• Monitor trends in Gen-AI, motion design, and gaming user acquisition.
• Benchmark competitors, identify whitespace, and recommend opportunities for differentiation.

What You Bring

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in Product Management.
• Deep understanding of Gen-AI technologies, SaaS, and/or creative tools.

Preferred Experience:

• Proven entrepreneurial mindset: you’ve launched or scaled ventures or products from 0→1.
• Leadership experience: 2+ years managing teams (APMs, designers, analysts, etc.).
• Analytical skills: strong in data modelling, market analysis, and user behaviour insights.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills for internal alignment and external pitches.
