What You’ll Do Collaborate closely with the CEO, developers, and marketing teams to design intuitive and engaging user experiences. Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and iterate on design decisions. Build and maintain a consistent design system across products. Translate complex ideas and workflows into clean, user-friendly interfaces. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD , or similar design tools. A strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy and UI design across web and mobile platforms. Experience in user research, usability testing , and working within a design system . What You’ll Own Business Strategy & Venture Development Identify new opportunities in video generation, creative automation, or Gen-AI tools for gaming. Product Innovation & Prototyping Drive 0→1 product initiatives: from ideation to MVP to market launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, UA) to build and iterate. Integrate emerging Gen-AI capabilities into creative pipelines for gaming. Thought Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment Act as a strategic partner to the founders on high-impact decisions. Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) – Gen-AI & Gaming Creatives Craft and pitch new business ideas to both internal stakeholders and external partners. Represent UAgenius at conferences, panels, and industry events. Research & Market Intelligence Monitor trends in Gen-AI, motion design, and gaming user acquisition. Benchmark competitors, identify whitespace, and recommend opportunities for differentiation. What You Bring Required Experience: 5+ years in Product Management. Deep understanding of Gen-AI technologies, SaaS, and/or creative tools. Preferred Experience: Proven entrepreneurial mindset: you’ve launched or scaled ventures or products from 0→1. Leadership experience: 2+ years managing teams (APMs, designers, analysts, etc.). Analytical skills: strong in data modelling, market analysis, and user behaviour insights.
