Job Description

Position: Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)


100X Growth Partners by Expertrons,


Key Responsibilities:


  • Franchise Expansion Strategy:

    Develop and execute a scalable strategy to expand the franchise network by identifying and engaging with companies interested in franchising opportunities.
  • Corporate Partnerships:

    Initiate and manage relationships with corporates, conglomerates, and B2B partners that align with our franchise growth objectives.
  • Deal Structuring & Negotiation:

    Lead negotiations for partnership and franchise agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with business objectives.
  • Market Research & Opportunity Analysis:

    Identify high-potential sectors and regions for franchise growth. Conduct competitor analysis and stay abreast of market trends.
  • Pitching & Representation:

    Represent the company at industry events, investor meetings, and franchise expos. Develop compelling pitches and presentations.
  • Internal Collaboration:

    Work cross-functionally with legal, operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchise partners.
  • Performance Tracking:

    Set KPIs, track results of partnerships and franchise deals, and adjust strategies based on performance analytics.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in business development, franchising, or strategic partnerships (5+ years preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities
  • Deep knowledge of franchise business models and legal frameworks
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience working with CXOs and business owners
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • MBA mandate, preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
