Our next venture is a Social Engagement Virtual Venue (sevv.com) designed to help remote teams connect, collaborate, and have fun together. The MVP (Minimum Viable product) is fully built and ready for market testing. Now we’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR), a commercially driven, founder-type operator, to take the reins, validate the opportunity, and potentially lead the company as CEO.
This is not a traditional job — it’s your opportunity to found and lead a company with the product, infrastructure, and backing already in place.
You’ll operate with full autonomy and accountability: driving go-to-market, validating the business model, and building early traction, with the mentorship and support of experienced entrepreneurs.

Company Creation & Leadership
Take ownership of the venture from day one and lead it toward traction and profitability.
Define and validate the business model, pricing, and value proposition.
Build and lead the founding team as the company grows.
Take full P&L responsibility and operate lean.
Product & Market Development
Identify customer problems and validate solutions through rapid experimentation.
Drive product-market fit using user feedback loops.
Own and refine the commercial strategy — positioning, go-to-market, and partnerships.
Growth & Execution
Build early traction via pilot programs, communities, and partnerships.
Scale efficiently — bootstrapped, data-driven, and profitability-focused.
Establish key processes, reporting, and open-book management (GGOB) principles.
Prepare for fundraising or scaling, including investor materials and financial modeling.
