Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Team Computers, you will be responsible for selling software solutions to enterprises in the assigned territory. Your primary role will involve identifying, assessing, and presenting custom software solutions to customers, as well as generating business from new accounts through strong prospecting and cold calling skills. You must have prior experience in selling Mid and large-scale ERP/CRM, E-mailing solutions, and Enterprise Software solutions in different verticals. Additionally, you should possess good leadership skills, sales experience in IT professional services and software, and the ability to advance deals and negotiate effectively. Your responsibilities will include analyzing prospects" needs, understanding their industry and core business processes, leveraging partnerships to offer enhanced value to clients, and owning a substantial revenue target with steady annual growth. You will also work with partners to create proposals and contracts, ensure timely delivery of projects to customers, and monitor and mentor the team to achieve targets. To qualify for this role, you should ideally have an MBA or Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Information Systems, along with 4-10 years of experience in business-to-business software solution sales. Proven sales record for experienced candidates will be an added advantage.
