We're Hiring: Sales Head India Location: Permanent Remote (India) | Travel as per business expectations Experience: 10+ Years in B2B Enterprise Sales Industry: IT / AI Solutions / Software / Technology Services & Products Salary: 40–60 LPA Open Positions: 2 Notice Period: Immediate – 45 Days We are seeking a Sales Head – India with deep experience in B2B enterprise sales, especially in AI solutions or AI-based IT products. This is a permanent remote individual contributor role, ideal for a self-motivated leader who can independently manage the sales lifecycle and engage C-level stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities: Own and execute India sales strategy as an individual contributor Independently generate leads via cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and events Manage the entire sales cycle: prospect qualify pitch close Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite decision-makers Travel as needed for key business meetings, events, and client engagements Share regular sales forecasts, pipeline health, and market feedback Key Requirements: 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in IT / AI-based products and services Proven track record of new business development and high-value closures Hands-on experience engaging C-level stakeholders Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in a flat, performance-driven culture Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) Willingness to travel as per business needs Education/Qualification: MBA preferred
