Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Day-to-day troubleshooting of end-user queries/concerns
Conduct Training of end users in case of requirement
Report development as per requirement in crystal reports
Bug/enhancement requirement escalation to vendor per senior person's guidance.
Changes in configuration are made in accordance with the assignment and guidance of a senior person.
Deployment of new functionality release under the supervision of a senior person

Required Skills:

SQL Query creation and sound knowledge in SQL Functions, Procedure, View, Backup and Restore
Crystal Report Development
Technical support experience into ERP
Good to have ERP functional knowledge of Procure to pay cycle / Order Case / Production & Planning / Maintenance /Account & Finance / QC etc.
Good to have knowledge of 'Corporate Munim ERP'
