Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana. The ERP Manager will oversee the development, integration, and optimization of ERP systems to support business operations. Daily responsibilities include analyzing and improving business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing ERP implementations and upgrades, and ensuring seamless system functionality. Additionally, the ERP Manager will monitor performance, resolve system-related issues, and provide training to team members on ERP tools and workflows.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and experience with ERP implementation and management
Proven ability in Business Process Improvement and thorough understanding of business processes
Analytical Skills to assess requirements, identify areas for improvement, and interpret data effectively
Proficiency in Project Management to deliver successful initiatives on time and within budget
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Leadership and team management experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus
Experience in the manufacturing or crafts industry is preferred but not required
